EP30Med: Low Viscosity Epoxy Meets USP Class VI Specifications

The Master Bond EP30Med is a two component, room temperature rigid curing epoxy adhesive designed for high performance medical applications. It features high bond strength, exceptionally low shrinkage and outstanding chemical resistance. EP30Med is easy to apply and is available for use in convenient applicators. EP30Med meets USP Class VI requirements and is widely used in adhering metal, glass, ceramic and plastic substrates. It is 100% reactive and does not contain any solvents or other volatiles.

  • Passes many certifications such as USP Class VI, ISO 10993-5 for cytotoxicity, withstands 1,000 hours at 85 ºC/85% RH and meets FDA requirements for indirect food contact as per FDA CFR 175.105

  • Chemically resistant to  water, oils and many organic solvents, as well as cold sterilants, EtO and gamma radiation
  • Tensile strength, 75 °F: 8,000-9,000 psi
