Rigaku nano3DX X-Ray Microscope Measures Large Samples at High Resolution

This video shows the operation of Rigaku nano3DX, an X-ray microscope (XRM) that has the ability to measure large samples at high resolution. The nano3DX delivers sub-micron computed tomography for materials and life science applications. It uses a rotating anode X-ray source and a CCD imager to measure samples.
