It can deliver results in the form material chemistry, and also provides accurate grade identification and pass/fail results. The FOX-IQ analyzer is a compact system and needs minimal power. It is highly durable and is engineered to operate 24/7. The analyzer can be integrated to a PC or a PLC for automated start/stop, data acquisition, communication to external devices, and decision making. The FOX-IQ system has three components, which include the probe head, control box, and a PC. It can be configured for fully automated alloy testing with data logging and alerts. The system can be used to test the grade and chemistry of different types of alloys.
