How to Measure Cohesion and Uniformity with the PowderPro A1

Cohesion (Ch): Cohesion is determined by measuring the mass of powder on each sieve after vibrating it with the powder sample for a specific period of time.

Ch = (X × 5% + Y × 3% + Z × 1%) ÷ 0.1 g × 100%

Uniformity (Uf): Uniformity is determined by measuring the particle size distribution of the powder sample using the laser diffraction method. Uf = D60/D10

In this video, check out Bettersize application engineer Perfil Liu demonstrating the measurement and calculation of Cohesion & Uniformity with the PowderPro A1. This automatic powder characteristics tester not only accurately measures the characteristics of powder materials but the Bettersize APP also makes it easy to use and saves your time.
