Swedish-based Trelleborg have just acquired the Dynaflex Division, with a small unit for manufacturing of composite hoses, from the industrial rubber group, Manuli.
The operation is based in Sancheville, France and manufactures composite hoses for use with aggressive chemicals such as aviation fuels.
Manuli Dynaflex will be incorporated with Unifluid, which Trelleborg bought in the Autumn of 2003. They will become a unit within Trelleborg Engineered Systems, with the combination to benefit from synergies between the two businesses.
