NTM Sensors Hydrogen Sensors Approved for Use in Hazardous Locations

NTM Sensors is pleased to announce the approval of its NTM SenseH2TM hydrogen sensor for UL and ATEX classification for hazardous locations. Evaluation for the CE mark has also been successfully completed, and preparation of the certificate is in progress. Issue of these certifications is an important milestone to NTM Sensors in offering a superior hydrogen sensor product that meets the diverse application needs of its customers.

The NTM SenseH2TM hydrogen sensor offers its customers an accurate, reliable, and selective hydrogen sensor with fast response and recovery times and robustness to widely varying ambient conditions. The sensor has successfully completed all testing and approvals for use in Class I, Division 2 and Zone 2 hazardous locations per the UL60079-15 and EN60079-15 standards, and issue of the final certificates is underway.
