NOVAFLEX portfolio includes multi-purpose sealant ideal for general purpose applications in metal roofs, gutters, sidings, doors and windows and metal roof sealant for residential and commercial applications.
The NOVAFLEX silicone metal roof sealant is solvent-free, VOC compliant and provides better product performance than traditional roof sealants. It also offers exceptional bonding to Kynar coated substrates, high resistance to UV, mold or mildew and excellent weatherability. The metal roof sealant can be easily applied at all temperatures and takes less than 24 hours for curing. The shrinkage rate on cure ranges from 1% to 4%. Novagard Solutions’ NOVAFLEX multi-purpose sealant has the same silicone oxime chemistry and high technology adhesion chemistry as metal roof sealant. It does not slump, sag, peal or crack and provides excellent adhesion to various building substrates, including steel or aluminum surfaces and PVDF coated metal surfaces.
