GPD Global, precision fluid dispensing systems manufacturer, has reported that the company will be featuring its world-class dispensing systems at the upcoming SEMICON West conference and exhibition. This conference will be held at the Moscone Center in California, from July 10-12, 2012.
The company will showcase the new Island 3S benchtop manufacturing solution at the conference. The work area of this new dispense system is 12 x 16 in. User-friendly touch screen interface is featured in the system, which will be configured using a PCD dispense pump for use in the manufacturing of LEDs.
A display of dispense pumps will be exhibited by GPD Global, in order to cover various dispensing applications. The Hyflow dispense pump can be perfectly used in heavy fluids like thermal grease. The display will have the MicroDot valve for high-precision, small- volume dispensing like solder pastes and conductive adhesives. Homogeneity of fluids like silicone together with phosphor can be achieved through the Syringe mixing system.
