Charlotte Products, the formulator and manufacturer of “Swish” products, declared that the Swish Clean-it Stone and Tile Sealer has been improved to integrate a new polymer mix. Swish Clean-it Stone and Tile Sealer is a sealer for all kinds of floors, which protects the floor tiles from stains and damage caused by foot traffic.
James Flieler (Jim), Vice President Enterprise Sales of Charlotte Products, stated that the Swish Clean-it Stone and Tile Sealer has always played the dual role of sealer and floor finish. The improvement to the formula was deemed necessary to enhance the levelling attribute and offer the end user better results on the same day of application.
On evaluating the improved sealer, it was found that the new polymer mix had exceptional high-grade leveling attributes irrespective of the thickness or frequency of the coating applied. The sturdiness of the product over time has improved and the shine and time for drying have been retained.
Flieler further offered his gratitude to all involved in evaluating and improving the product with their unceasing efforts and is looking forward to feedback from users of the product. To distinguish the new product, series no. 8023 will have a wraparound label fixed saying “New and Improved” on all new batches produced starting now up to the middle of the coming year. The first batch of the improved formula is batch no. 052051 and is being currently marketed by Swish Maintenance.
