About the Speakers

Bryan Crawford, Nanoindentation Product Marketing Manager, KLA Instruments
Bryan Crawford is the Nanoindenter Product Marketing Manager for KLA Instruments. Bryan has worked in the field of nanoindentation for over 20 years as an Applications Engineer at Agilent/MTS, Director of Analytical Services at Nanomechanics, Inc., and Sales Engineer at KLA.
He also managed materials science labs at Johns Hopkins University. Bryan lives in Baltimore, Maryland, with his wife and two daughters.

Jennifer Hay, Senior Applications Scientist, KLA Instruments
Jennifer Hay is formerly a Senior Applications Engineer for KLA Instruments, specializing in nanoindentation. Prior to joining KLA, she held similar positions at Nanomechanics, Keysight, Agilent, and MTS Systems Corporation.
Jennifer has worked in the field of nanoindentation since 1996, advancing standardization while also developing methodology for new applications, including thin films, polymers, gels, and biomaterials.
She served as chair of the MEMS/Nanomechanics technical division of the Society of Experimental Mechanics (SEM), and she has authored numerous journal articles on nanoindentation, including an invited feature series in the SEM journal Experimental Techniques.
