About the Speakers

Vesa Lempinen is the Chief Quality Officer at Okmetic Oy, with more than 20 years of experience in silicon-based material engineering. He has worked at Okmetic, a silicon wafer manufacturer, since 2000. Since 2020, he has been responsible for Quality functions.

Dilder Chowdhury has a PhD in III-V Semiconductor Device and material Technology MBE(Molecular Beam Epitaxy) epi grown superlattice(Multi-quantum wells) structures) from The University of Manchester and an M.Sc Engineering in Electronic Engineering. He is currently the Strategic Marketing Director at Nexperia.

Lars Grieger is currently the Segment Marketing and Business Development Manager at Malvern Panalytical, where he has worked for nearly 12 years. He is a market expert in semiconductor and advanced thin film metrology and is a specialist in optimizing metrology hardware and software.

Vincent Kip has expertise in X-Ray fluorescence and is currently the Application Specialist XRF at Malvern Panalytical, where he has worked since 2018. At Malvern Panalytical, his focus has been on the advanced materials sector, specifically the semiconductor industry.

Janinka Feenstra is a consultant in digital web strategy and an experienced host of offline and online events. She has over 10 years of experience in technology, innovation and communication, and helps organizations accelerate their growth and efficiency through digital transformation.

Gjalt Kuiperes is the Senior Director of Advanced Materials at Malvern Panalytical, where he has worked for over 20 years.
