A video demonstrating and automated mechanical testing system by Zwick/Roell. The system includes different set ups for tensile, bend and (Izod) impact tensile tests for several different types of plastics.
The system includes a sample magazine, robotic arm for loading samples, cross-section measuring device, tensile test machine with extensometer, bend tester and impact tester. Thanks to the automated nature of the system, all tests can be run in parallel and testing optimised for maximum productivity.
