The P-6 Stylus Profilometer from KLA Tencor
Brian Crawford from KLA Tencor demonstrates their P-6 profilometer that uses contact stylus technology that typically uses a 2µm stylus tip although other options are abvailable.
The P-6 features a 156mm measuring motorized stage that can move in x-y directions and rotation.
It also features an easy to use software interface and 1 angstrom resolution in step height and guaranteed repeatable resolution of 6 angstroms. The P-6 profilometer can produce both 2-dimensionl and 3-dimensional scan data.
