Please could you tell our readers about Rampf and why you are exhibiting at NPE?
Rampf is a producer of two component reactive resins and dispensing machines. We dispense polyurethane foams, two component adhesives and potting materials. A lot of our customers are injection molders.
We came to the show because we knew a lot of our audience would be either exhibiting at the show or visiting.
Is there a particular product that you are highlighting today?
Were currently promoting a two component polyurethane foam. We are promoting this at our booth by showing a robot dispensing the foam on an automotive door module. This is a part that is actually in the Tesla model three. The door module is a pretty big industry for us for the foam system.
What sets you aside from your competitors?
Rampf provides both the dispensing equipment and also the polyurethane foams. This means our customers get a turnkey dispensing cell, where we provide all of the integration for the equipment. We can also offer them the material, so they only need to deal with one supplier to develop their full system.
