Polyamide 6/6-6 - Nylon 6/6-6 - PA 6/6-6

Polymer Type

Thermoplastic

Advantages

Generally more ductile than Nylon 6 or Nylon 6/6.  Elongation at break for Nylon 6 is 60%, Nylon 6/6 is 60%, Nylon 6/6 6 is 110%.  Improved low temperature impact performance.

Disadvantages

Water absorption of 8.5% at saturation. Poor dimensional stability.
