Structure Analysis Of 4-Octyl-4’-Cyanobiphenyl Liquid-Crystalline Free-Standing Film By Molecular Dynamics Simulation

In this paper, the structural changes with temperature of 8CB-free standing film liquid crystal and 8CB-BULK are discussed by molecular dynamics (M)D simulation. The temperature dependence of order parameter, layer spacing and film thickness are discussed from the simulation results.

Study on The Characteristics of Nanosized Nickel Particles Using Sodium Borohydride to Promote Conversion

Nickel nanoparticles can be synthesized from NiCl2.6H2O by hydrazine in alkaline solution in the presence of poly-acrylic acid (PAA) served as protective and stabilizing agents. In this study Sodium borohydride (NaBH4) was added to promote the nucleation of nickel nanoparticles.
