Live Demonstration of the Malvern Zetasizer µV and APS

This video demonstrates the Zetasizer µV and APS system from Malvern Panalytical. Designed for protein characterization, the Zetasizer µV combines the highest sensitivity with a minimum of 2ìL volume requirement. The Zetasizer APS is a user-friendly, dynamic light scattering (DLS) system that automates measurements of sample in a range of common microtitre plates.

The Zetasizer µV can also be connected to a size exclusion chromatography system or can be used in cuvette mode for large aggregate particle detection. It uses DLS to measure absolute protein size and molecular weight. With high precision rapid temperature control it can provide fast, accurate and absolute results.
