The commercial production of biodegradable plastic bags, sacks and film has drawn one step closer. A joint venture between Anwil, a Polish chemicals company and Environmental Polymers Group (EPG) will see Anwil manufacturing EPG’s poly(vinyl) alcohol depart materials in the near future, following the signing of an agreement between the two later this year.
