Pipelife, one of the worlds leading producers of pipe systems, acquired the European PVC pipe business of Drossbach, a German based manufacturer of polyethylene/polypropylene pipes and machinery for corrugated pipes.
The acquired PVC pipe business, including the European Drossbach customer portfolio and all the production equipment, is composed of a complete and high quality range of pipes for agricultural, industrial and road drainage.
By this acquisition, Pipelife who is already the no. 1 producer of drainage systems in Europe, will further strengthen its leadership in the market having a wider presence in Europe and offering a larger range of products. Pipelife will transfer the Drossbach production lines to its plants giving full priority to the continuity and the quality of services to the customers all across Europe.
