AMS Technologies Adds More Capacitors to Their Product Range

Leclanché Capacitors' latest addition to their capacitor family, the PPMCI series, is available from AMS Technologies from sales offices in Germany and the UK.

Especially designed for tough applications, this capacitor offers extreme mechanical stability thanks to the rugged 16 pin contact. Leclanché uses the latest self-healing polypropylene and polyester films available on the market. The capacitors feature high stability, compact design and relatively high current values.

Available models offer interesting voltage/capacitance combinations such as 600VDC and 35µF. The highest voltage value available to date is the 2800VDC version developed especially for a medical application.

The PPMCI series capacitors are suitable for usage in railway, aviation, medical or any other environment where mechanical stability, current, space and temperature are of concern.

Leclanché Capacitors in Switzerland has been manufacturing capacitors for high voltage and power electronics applications since 1919. Leclanché specializes in capacitors for critical applications and extreme environments.
