Lattimore Materials to Expand US Operations of Aggregate Industries US

Provider of contracting services and aggregate-based materials and a 100% subsidiary of Holcim, Aggregate Industries US has proclaimed that the company has acquired Lattimore Materials, a producer of ready-mix concrete and aggregates based in Texas.

Following the acquisition, Lattimore Materials has now become a 100% subsidiary of Aggregate Industries US. Prior to the acquisition, another subsidiary of Holcim was holding a minority interest in Lattimore Materials. Holcim is a global supplier of aggregates and cement as well as a provider of asphalt integrating and ready-mix concrete services.

The United States Area Manager of Holcim, Bernard Terver commented that the purchase of Lattimore Materials would expand the US operations of Aggregate Industries US. Prior to the acquisition, Aggregate Industries was not operating in the Texas market. The purchase will strengthen the footprint of Aggregate Industries US in this prominent US market. Lattimore Materials’ strong foothold and reorganization in the Texas market will boost the sales of Aggregate Industries US.
