Hua Li Microelectronics Receives Industrial Gases from Praxair China

Praxair China, one of the leading industrial gas providers in China, has started to supply helium, hydrogen, argon, nitrogen, ultra-high-purity oxygen and compressed dry air to Shanghai Hua Li Microelectronics, a producer of advanced integrated circuits.

The gases will be used in integrated-circuit chips manufacturing line. Praxair is the main gas supplier in the Zhangjiang High-Tech Park located in Shanghai, China. It is headquartered in Shanghai and has 9 joint ventures and 21 wholly owned organizations.

The company’s President, Minda Ho commented that Praxair is consistently contributing to the significant growth of the integrated circuit industry in China by offering energy-efficient and enhanced solutions to its clients.

Since 1990, the integrated circuit industry has been one of China’s national strategic and fundamental industries. The country’s government has organized several major projects to progress in the advanced integrated circuit technology.
