Intertronics, a provider of fluid dispensing systems, has launched its new Fisnar QuantX fluid dispensing system in the UK. It is designed for applications of materials utilizing a dispensing syringe barrel.
Intertronics Fisnar QuantX system
The Fisnar QuantX system allows repeatable dispensing. It consists of a syringe barrel that features a gently curved path to the aperture of the dispensing tip. This helps increase the flow of the material due to lower resistance. The syringe barrel has been patented. Silicone free materials have been used for the components and the syringe in the QuantX system. The components have been manufactured with high accuracy so as to ensure consistency and precision.
The QuantX system helps reduce assembly rejects. In close tolerance dispensing, components that are dynamically engineered provide the best performance. The patented barrel design leads to a more consistent and lower piston force through the complete stroke. This also takes place with fluids possessing high viscosity. This leads to a more accurate and even flow of the fluid, which is advantageous for time-based dispensing and shot metering systems. The accuracy is maintained till the end.
Intertronics is providing the syringe barrels for the Fisnar QuantX system in various sizes, such as 3cc, 5cc, 30cc and 55cc. In order to help distinguish the QuantX system, it is color coded in green.
