Jan Vardaman, President and Founder of TechSearch International, Inc. will be featured as keynote speaker at Cascade Microtech's first annual Users' Conference, COMPASS 2013.
TechSearch International is recognized as a leading consultancy in the field of advanced semiconductor packaging technology. COMPASS 2013 will be held on September 9, 2013 at the Hyatt Regency Orange County in Garden Grove, CA.
COMPASS 2013 offers a great learning venue for process design and failure analysis engineers as well as test floor managers, providing 14 talks across two separate tracks for both engineering and production test. The keynote, entitled "Future Trends in Semiconductor Packaging and the Impact of Test," crosses both disciplines to provide insight into techniques and trends anticipated to influence semiconductor test over the next several years. The industry has seen an 'evolution' in the past 10 years, and according to Ms. Vardaman, the road ahead may require an assembly and test 'revolution.'
