Bragg-BrentanoHD is the latest addition to PANalytical’s extensive portfolio of PreFIX optical modules. This solution provides powder diffraction data of the quality comparable with traditional powder diffraction setup with a receiving slit, allowing to benefit from the high-speed data collection using one- and two-dimensional detectors. Using Bragg-BrentanoHD it is possible not only to obtain diffractograms with low background, but also to achieve good performance in the low angle range of 2Θ. In addition, Bragg-BrentanoHD can also be used for transmission, thin film, stress and nanoparticle analysis.
