MultiTest-dV Motorized Force/Materials Tester with VFG/AFG Gauge and VectorPro Lite or MT Software

A leading designer and manufacturer of force and torque test equipment since 1977, Mecmesin offers precision test instruments and systems that are accurate, reliable and excellent value for money. We provide a tailor-made service creating the ideal testing platform, which is robust, easy to operate and gives top-level performance time after time!

Mecmesin is a part of the Physical Properties Testers (PPT) Group, a multi-national holding company. Operating under ISO 9001 quality standards, Mecmesin test products are used to guarantee the quality of components, materials and finished products, from factory floor through to the R&D laboratory, in multiple industries.

MultiTest-dV is the entry-level digital product-and-materials tester from Mecmesin. This benchtop motorized stand offers excellent position resolution, and speed range. It is our most versatile and easy-to-use force tester.

Specify with a force gauge for routine product testing. A popular choice is to configure it with VectorPro Lite data acquisition software to add graphing and reporting.

Or with our ELS Enhanced Load Sensor and VectorPro MT Materials Testing software to become a basic materials tester.

With either option, you can perform tests to measure loads from less than one newton right up to a quarter of a tonne.

With a force gauge configuration, you can test products in compression or tension

The stand can be controlled using positions entered through the control panel, by the limit-stops, [pause 2.0s] up to a break detection point, or between tensile or compressive load limits measured by the connected force gauge.

A semi-automatic half-cycle mode speeds up sample throughput. Or continuous cycling is available. Use the jog dial to position the cross-head to a precise point, then take advantage of the ultra-fine control to set the position to 1 micron resolution.

Use your MultiTest-dV and force gauge configuration with Mecmesin’s VectorPro Lite acquisition software to analyze your test data in more depth, enabling you to fully assess your product’s test performance.

With VectorPro, simple test routines can be created in software and uploaded to your MultiTest-dV. Once uploaded, tests can be run from the software, to provide real-time display of test data. Or, if test data are not required, tests can be run on the dV without PC connection.

With all of Mecmesin’s VectorPro versions, live-graphing function shows force and displacement as the test is running, allowing you to see exactly what is happening as the specimen is tested.

Results and raw data may be stored, printed, and exported as tab, csv or Excel files. These may then be used by third-party software, such as SPC programs, or Microsoft Word.

VectorPro MT adds material property stress-strain calculations when you fit an ELS instead of a force gauge.

The MultiTest-dV is supported by a wide range of standard grips and accessories for product or materials testing, or we can custom-design them to your individual requirements.
