We are AES Motomation and we represent two different manufacturers, Sinfonia Technology and Sankyo Robotics.
Can you tell me about the products you've got on show this year?
So what we have here is the EFEM front end module for transferring silicon wafers. We have the Sankyo robot transferring both 200 and 300 millimeter wafers and the Sinfonia load ports. This particular one here is compatible with both 200 and 300 millimeter wafers.
What industries will really benefit from this product and why?
The semiconductor industry. With the lack of the track access, we have a robot that provides less vibration and it's a much cleaner product for the ultra clean environment.
Who are your target customers, or what are you hoping to gain from SEMICON West this year?
Our target customers are equipment manufacturers. What we want to get is contacts so that we can follow up to see if they're interested in buying our products.
