Advantages

Better UV resistance than SBS TPE.  Better high temperature strength retention than SBS TPE.  Better resistance to solvents than SBS TPE.  Paintable.

Disadvantages

More expensive than SBS TPE. Limited solvent resistance.  Maximum operating temperature of 50°C (120°F).  High creep rate.

Applications

Car window channelling, under-bonnet ducting, steering wheel covers, bumper guards.
