Magnesium AM100A-T61 sand cast alloy is a pressure tight alloy designed with a good combination of strength and elongation. It can be cast as permanent-mold, investment cast, and sand cast. It has good combinations of tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation coupled with excellent weldability.
