This video shows the ZEISS AURIGA Laser, which is used in large-scale material removal and far-reaching analysis from Carl Zeiss. It is fast, flexible, integrated system which combines with an electron microscope and provides extremely fast material removal and precise fine removal. The sample can be removed in shortest time with the pulsed laser beam. High resolution images can be created on the same device in the nanometer range. In the shortest time non-conducting material and complex geometries can also be processed.
