Bruker’s rapifleX MALDI Tissuetyper System Improves Proteomic Analysis

This video shows Daniel Kolarich from Max Planck Institute explaining new method for improved analysis of glycans and glycoproteins. Bruker’s rapifleXTM MALDI TissuetyperTM system can be used for better understanding of the function of proteomics. The new instrument offers maximum information on the composition of glycans attached to the peptides as well as provides identity of the peptides in complex samples. It provides robust, state-of-the-art quantitative profiling and detailed PTM characterization, and helps achieve new levels of quantitative accuracy and increases laboratory throughput.
