The products have better durability and wear resistance. They are developed to improve the capabilities of product customization and output of existing machines, and reduce operating expenditures.
The Embrace polyurethane roll covers offer better performance in industrial applications such as textile, film, laminating, paper converting, tissue embossing and more. Xerium used sophisticated production processes and material science for the production of Embrace. The roll cover is a cool running rugged cover, which is ideal for ultra-speed applications. It comes with a superior Lifegard bonding system from Stowe Woodward to provide extra resistance against failure and misuse.
The Aquarius R and Quantum R roll covers are ultra performance polyurethane covers with high release additives. The roll covers featuring Stowe’s SMART Technology are developed for paper machine pressing solutions such as calendar positions, smoothing press and soft press. By using special formulas, the polyurethane roll covers can be used for non-stick and sheet release applications.
The Aquarius R offers an optimal cover release surface for additional soft release cover applications such as Lumpbreakers. Its release properties are further enhanced by utilizing high release additives. The Quantum R, with special surface characteristics, can release sheets where other high release rubber covers or polyurethane fall short in performance.
