Ashland’s brand, Valvoline has planned to unveil two new UltraMax products: Heavy Duty Engine Oil and UltraMax Diesel Fuel Injector Cleaner at the Great America Truck Show in Texas scheduled on August 25, 2011.
These products are added to the portfolio of high-performance hydraulic oils and transmission fluids that were introduced earlier for use in off-highway equipment. The new UltraMax products offer high durability and performance to heavy-duty equipment.
The UltraMax SAE 10W-40 is a heavy duty engine oil and a full synthetic formulation. A series of SCR, EGR, European and US engine tests have confirmed the excellent performance of the material. The SAE 10W-40 provides superior low temperature pumpability and high temperature film thickness to protect against wear due to overloading. The heavy duty engine oil provides outstanding performance, protection and cost control that exceeds the OEM standards to fight against corrosion, oxidation, deposit formation and wear.
The new UltraMax Diesel Fuel Injector Cleaner removes dangerous deposits from the fuel injection system. Thus, it provides excellent deposit removal and in addition it helps to save fuel costs and facilitates lower maintenance. Valvoline’s Diesel Fuel Injector Cleaner is developed for application in specialty vehicles, off-road machines, city buses, trucks and other equipment. It can be utilized as an in-tank cleanup solution or it can be combined with bulk fuel to sustain the fleet’s efficient performance. With the use of UltraMax products, operators can lessen their investment to enhance reliability and extend equipment life.
