Carlisle Syntec and Metro Green Visions have declared a new strategic collaboration. The two firms have also announced a combined vision for the future of green roofing.
This collaboration brings together the extensive experience of a company pioneering in advanced green roof technology with that of a major producer of single-ply roofing systems.
As per the deal, Metro Green Visions’ GroRoof modules, which are deployed onto an accurately fixed Carlisle Roof Garden waterproofing system, will get a single-source total system warranty of up to 20 years from Carlisle Syntec. The warranty will cover replacement and overburden removal of the green roof parts when there is a necessity to inspect for a leak.
Carlisle Syntec and Metro Green Visions intend to launch this new scheme through Coastal Specified Products, an exclusive representative of Carlisle Syntec for the metro regions, New Jersey and New York. Allied Building Products, one of the major suppliers of building materials, will also market Metro Green Visions’ GroRoof system when utilized in combination with Roof Garden waterproofing system of Carlisle Syntec.
Steven Dubner, who serves as President at Metro Green Visions, stated about the company ‘s partnership with Carlisle Syntec who are the pioneers in the industry with a proven track record of performance. The company can now offer its customers a total package of smartly designed, advanced green roof system supported by a comprehensive single-source warranty, he said.
