The Giveaway furnace is a Protégé Compact Split Tube Laboratory Furnace. The Protégé is capable of temperatures up to 1100°C. It has a 12" heated length and can accept process tubes up to 1.25" OD. An integrated control system makes the Protégé a compact unit with a footprint of only 11"x16".
The Protégé is part of Thermcraft's eXPRESS-LINE of quick-ship laboratory furnaces and ovens which includes box furnaces, solid tube and split tube furnaces with temperature capabilities up to 1700°C, and recirculating ovens. All of the eXPRESS-LINE furnaces and ovens are available for shipment within 2 weeks.
