We are MS Plastic Welders. We have been in the ultrasonic plastic welding business for nearly 30 years, but specializing in high-end custom automation. This year we announced a table top separate motor driven ultrasonic plastic welder.

What are the applications of the table top separate motor driven ultrasonic plastic welder?

It is perfect for medical device manufacturing. Also, automotive high technical welding will be perfect for our machine.

What gives you a competitive advantage?

We use two things that are unique; Our Servo motor drive which is very accurate in all positions over a course of 400 millimeter stroke; and our patented technology we call Paralyzer or Stabilizer, which under the load of the clamping courses maintains parallel services of the horn to the end bell.
