Military protection supplier BAE Systems recently presented an Outstanding Supplier Award to the Life Protection team of DuPont Advanced Fiber Systems (AFS) at the AFS Global Leadership Conference in Glen Allen, Virginia.
Because of the team’s frequent communications, detailed production planning and overall efforts to maximize supply over the last year, BAE was able to meet increasing demand for products that incorporate DuPont™ Kevlar®.
“The entire team is honored to be recognized by BAE with the Outstanding Support Award,” said Ed Hoffman, senior account manager, AFS. “Our efforts have enabled BAE to meet the surge demand for military products that are made with Kevlar®.
