Textron Complete Divestment of Injection Moulded Components Business to Moll Industries

As part of its ongoing effort to divest non-core assets, Textron Inc. today announced the sale of its remaining InteSys Technologies business to Dallas, Texas-based Moll Industries, a leading plastic injection molding manufacturer. The sale includes InteSys operations located in Costa Mesa, California; Donegal, Ireland and Empalme, Mexico. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

InteSys facilities in these locations manufacture injection-molded components for garage door openers, household appliances and medical products. InteSys Technologies is formerly a division of Textron's Greenlee business unit.
