Australian Magnesium Sign $6million Deal with CAST

Australian Magnesium Corp (AMC)a have just signed a 3 year agreement to form an alliance the Co-Operative Research Centre for Cast Metals Manufacturing (CAST), one of the worlds leading specialists in automotive research and casting. The deal is worth $6 million.

Under the terms of the agreement, AMC’s ability to deliver ongoing technical support to their automotive clients will be enhanced.

The deal also allows AMC to continue to develop technology associated with magnesium alloys and component casting and continues the decade long relationship between the two organizations.

Much of the technology developed between AMC and CAST is in the process of being incorporated into commercial applicaions, and should be in use in the next few years.
