Extrel Announces Its New Gas Analyzer: The MAX300-EGA

Extrel introduces the MAX300-EGA, the latest member of its MAX300 family of quadrupole mass spectrometers. Designed for evolved gas analysis, the MAX300-EGA delivers precision, stability, speed and flexibility for the analysis of off-gas from a thermal analyzer (TGA) or other continuous flow system.

Standard gas analysis and true quantitation are two very different things. The MAX300-EGA has the demonstrated stability needed to quantify sample in the gas phase in real time. This capability positions the MAX300-EGA as the leading analyzer in the industry.

Chuck DeCarlo, Product Manager

The MAX300-EGA combines Extrel’s internationally recognized 19-mm quadrupole with a sample interface that connects to any TGA, or reaction vessel, for the rapid sampling of off-gas. An integrated chemically-inert transfer line guards against condensation and chemical interaction to protect sample integrity. This capability makes the MAX300-EGA ideal for continuous flow monitoring and analysis in pharmaceutical, materials science, organic chemistry, and polymer applications.

The product has been released globally, and is available for immediate purchase. Visit the MAX300-EGA product page, find a representative in your region, or contact [email protected] for more information.
