Eastman to Introduce Electronic Chemicals Sectors at SPIE

Eastman Chemical Company will introduce its EastaPure™ electronic chemicals selector guide at SPIE Advanced Lithography, Feb. 24-25 in San Jose, Calif. at Booth #711.

The Eastman EastaPure™ selector guide, developed as a result of customer request, is an easy-to-use, formulating aid that literally places product information at the formulator’s fingertips. The EastaPure portfolio of products is showcased in the guide along with specific physical properties, applications and processing matrices.

“We look forward to introducing the selector guide,” says Palmer Holbrook, technical associate, Eastman. “It demonstrates Eastman’s commitment to meeting our customers’ needs by developing a convenient and easy-to-use tool for the semiconductor industry.”

Holbrook will present the selector guide in detail during the product spotlight on Tuesday Feb. 24, 2009 at 11:30 a.m.
