Reinhold Acquires Aircraft Component Supplier Enpro

Reinhold Industries, Inc., ("Reinhold") a leading independent supplier of aircraft seating components and Aerospace solutions, announced today that it completed the acquisition of Enpro Engineered Products, Inc. ("Enpro") on June 3rd, 2010.

Enpro is a leading independent supplier of custom designed and manufactured components for the commercial aircraft industry including a line of proprietary headrests, footrests, armrests and other seating mechanisms and assemblies.

"The acquisition of Enpro represents a significant step for Reinhold, supporting Reinhold's strategy of growth in the commercial aircraft industry," said Clarence Hightower, CEO of Reinhold.  "The combination of Reinhold and Enpro is a logical step forward and will allow us to supply a more complete product offering to our aircraft seating customers."  Hightower went on to say, "With this combination, we feel we add further value to our customers and provide new unique solutions to an industry that is constantly seeking innovation."
