Quartz Imaging Introduces ON-X Take Off Angle Detector for XOne X-Ray Microanalysis System

Quartz Imaging Corporation has recently introduced ON-X as part of its innovative XOne EDX/EDS X-ray Microanalysis System. The ON-X Take Off Angle Detector is the industry’s first electron detector to be installed on the tip of the Silicon Drift Detector (SDD). This provides BSE imaging at the same viewing angle as X-ray mapping.
