The Royal Air Force (RAF) has selected FIREROK cement from CERATECH for application in its V-22 Osprey aircraft project, which is performed at RAF Mildenhall located in Suffolk, England. The high thermal resistant, durable cement will be used for the construction of Osprey’s concrete apron and hardstand.

Nalco has reported that the company is constructing a 300,000 square-foot facility at its complex, located in Garyville, Louisiana which produces dry polymer. Dry polymer products will be manufactured in the new plant and they will be used to increase the efficiency of production in the paper industry, to eliminate contaminants from wastewater and for mineral recovery in the mining industry.
