A new materials science and engineering degree program will be created by existing and new faculty of the University at Buffalo (UB). The program, dubbed MSE@UB is a collaborative effort by UB’s College of Arts and Sciences and the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.

A new pigment dispersant and two new superwetting surfactants have been launched by Air Products, a provider of atmospheric, process and specialty gases, for use in the coatings industry. The company has specifically designed these new alkylphenol ethoxylate (APE) free surfactants in order to offer enhanced and superior performance.
