Chinese company, Praxair has entered into a contract with Jiangsu Oji Paper to supply oxygen for the purpose of pulp bleaching used in the process of paper manufacturing. As per the contract, Praxair will set up a vacuum and pressure swing adsorption system, on site, through which oxygen will be supplied to the Jiangsu Oji Paper Project situated in Nantong, Jiangsu province.

Bioplastics manufacturer, BASF has recently developed waste bin liners made from biodegradable plastic Ecovio FS. Though food leftovers are a great source of organic waste, collecting such waste is a tedious process.
