First Quantum Minerals Purchases All Outstanding Securities of Antares Minerals

First Quantum Minerals Ltd. ("First Quantum" or the "Company"), Antares Minerals Inc. ("Antares") and Regulus Resources Inc. ("Regulus"), today announced the closing of the previously-announced plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement"), pursuant to which a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Quantum has acquired all of the outstanding securities of Antares.
