PolyOne Sells 50% Ownership Interest in BayOne to Bayer MaterialScience

PolyOne Corporation today announced it has sold its 50% ownership interest in BayOne Urethane Systems LLC (BayOne) to Bayer MaterialScience LLC. Terms of this transaction were not disclosed.
