Golf Shoe Cleats Release Torque Testing - Mecmesin

This video shows testing of release torque in golf shoe cleats using Vortex-i computer controlled torque testing system from Mecmesin. The cleat is held fixed as the shoe is rotated and the torque is measured as the cleat is released. The release torque is measured using Mecmesin’s Emperor Software.

The Vortex-i and Emperor software has been superseded by the VortexPro automated torque tester and VectorPro software.
