Semi-Automated Syringe Tester using Mecmesin Vortex-xt Torque Testing System

This video shows the Mecmesin’s Vortex-xt touch screen controlled torque testing system which is used to test the medical syringes. The testing system has a pneumatic actuator to lower the torque measuring head on to the syringe. It reduces the operator fatigue and increases test reproducibility. The operator is presented with a color coded result for easy identification of the sample status.

The Vortex-xt and Emperor software has been superseded by the VortexPro Touch automated torque tester and VectorPro software.

Run Time – 2:24 minutes.
